Ship to
In QuickBooks, open the invoice or estimate, choose Print or Preview at the bottom, and save the PDF. Upload it here or drag it onto this box, and the items, quantities, invoice or estimate #, PO and ship-to are filled in for you.
Paste everything: addresses, totals and all. Only lines that match a product in your SKU list are kept, and the first number after each product is read as its quantity. The estimate or invoice number, PO and ship-to address are filled in when the form doesn't have them yet.

No SKU list yet. The calculator is using a few made-up example SKUs. Import your QuickBooks Products and Services export, then add a weight for each item.
How to get your list out of QuickBooks
- In QuickBooks Online, open the Products and services list.
- Use the export option to download the list as Excel.
- Import that file here. Existing weights are kept; new items are flagged as needing a weight.
- To fill weights in bulk, export CSV from here, add a Weight column in Excel (pounds per unit), and import it again.

Ship-from details
These print in the Ship From box of every BOL and set the defaults for new shipments.
Every "Add to calendar" button opens the pickup on this calendar, whoever is signed in. Find the ID in Google Calendar: Settings, click the shared calendar, then Integrate calendar. Each person needs permission to make changes to that calendar.
